Drink Anything
Regular • Diet • Liquor…
Remember when you were a kid and could drink regular Coke, Mountain Dew, Sprite, Pepsi, etc? You were able to drink 1 or 2 regular sodas and still you were thin. Of course, now you drink Diet Coke and you gain weight. What gives?
Regular: Most diets tell you to avoid regular drinks because regular drinks are high calorie and have no nutritional value. However, we still want our regular Coke or Dr. Pepper or Snapple. Are regular sodas and drinks that bad? Well, if you drink 3 cans of regular soda a day then you are consuming about 330 calories a day. Those 330 calories have no protein or fat and are mostly carbs. But it is still only 330 calories, so those three cans are not going to make you fat. If you want the three cans of regular soda, then have the three, four maybe even five cans of regular soda.
