Step 1.

Eat + Drink ≈ Anything is simple. You get to eat and drink anything you want and still will lose weight. This is not magic, it is based on simple math. Eat + Drink ≈ Anything will let you select any food or drink and then provide the appropriate portion to meet your weight loss goals. Go to Eat + Drink ≈ Anything Plan for more info.


Step 2:
You will only need everyday tools you already have.

You will not need to buy any special pills or powders. You will not need to buy our prepackaged frozen food, we do not sell any. You will only need your everyday dishes and glasses in which to serve your food. Go to Tools Section for more info.


Step 3:
Register on the site.

We will NOT ask for your name, address or credit card–It’s FREE. We ask for general information during registration so we can track your progress and so you will not have to fill in the information every time you use Eat + Drink ≈ Anything Weekly Menu®.


Step 4:
Go to your Weekly Menu and select the food you want to eat.

You will go through theEat + Drink ≈ Anything Weekly Menu® and select what you want to eat for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. The application will then tailor a weekly menu based on your selections. The food will be portioned to make sure your hunger is satisfied throughout the day as well as accomplish your weight loss goals.
