We want you to succeed at meeting your weight loss goal and we think a little motivation might help. Simply follow the Eat + Drink ≈ Anything Weekly Menu for 6, 9 or 12 weeks and not only will you get to eat and drink what you want but you will also lose weight. As an added bonus, we will give you a free gift from our SHOP for all your hard work. How great is that?


Step 1:
Register on the site.

We will NOT ask for your name, address or credit card–It’s FREE. We ask for general information during registration so we can track your progress and so you will not have to fill in the information every time you use Eat + Drink ≈ Anything Weekly Menu®.


Step 2:
Take a photo or video of yourself prior to starting on this program.

Use your phone or digital camera to take a photo or video of yourself so that you can have a “Before” shot like Tyler below. Go to your Eat + Drink ≈ Anything profile to upload.


Step 3:
Go to your Weekly Menu and select the food you want to eat at least once a week.

You will go through the Eat + Drink ≈ Anything Weekly Menu® and select what you want to eat for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. The application will then tailor a weekly menu based on your selections. The food will be portioned to make sure your hunger is satisfied throughout the day as well as accomplish your weight loss goals.


Step 4:
Receive Free Stuff

To receive free stuff from our shop, log in once a week and go through the Weekly Menu and follow the plan so that you can meet your weight loss goal. Do this at least once a week for 6 weeks, 9 weeks or 12 weeks. After each milestone take a photo or video documenting your weight loss progress. You will receive an email from us congratulating you and we will provide you details on getting your free gift. You do not have to do anything other than log in and Eat + Drink ≈ Anything and lose the weight.

In order to receive your free gift you must photograph or videotape yourself prior to beginning the plan and at each milestone. In addition, you will need to lose a minimum of:

  • 5% of your body weight during the first 6 weeks (Free gift = mouse pad, magnet or like item)
  • 7% of your body weight during the first 9 weeks (Free gift = mug, water bottle or like item)
  • 10% of your body weight during the first 12 weeks (Free gift = t-shirt, hoodie or like item)

By accepting any gift from us you give Eat + Drink ≈ Anything permission to use the photographs on this website and for marketing activities.
