Regular Food: Most diets tell you to avoid regular food. Regular food is the food that your mother, grandmother, aunts, neighbors, etc. make. Regular food may be processed or it may be fresh or it may be from a can. Regular food probably does not use organic produce and might even use stuff from a box. Regular food is served on holidays, at weddings, birthdays, Sunday dinners, parties and so on. Regular food is unavoidable. And if you try to avoid it you will be shunned for making everyone else feel as if they have no will power.

Fast Food: Most diets also tell you to avoid fast food. Fast food is not ideal food, but having it once, twice or three times a week will not prevent you from losing weight. In fact, some people can eat 8 Big Macs in one day and still lose weight. Yes, EIGHT BIG MACS a day and still lose weight. OK, this only applies to extremely overweight people. But you get the point. Fast food is just like any other food so you can eat it just like any other food.

Any Food: So when we say you can eat anything we mean anything: Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Vietnamese, Cuban, French, etc. There are people in France that eat French food, morning, noon, night and they are thin. Same goes for any other cuisine. So stop limiting yourself and start enjoying all the food the world has to offer. Get started eating and drinking anything you want and still lose weight.
