No Starvation Phase
No Weird Starvation Phase That Last For Weeks
Diets with a startup phase that require starvation are setup this way to give you quick results. If you don’t eat very much, then you will lose weight–Duh!
But again, what is the point? Yes, you lose weight. But the whole time your body is in panic mode and is screaming at you that it is hungry. Eventually, you give in to your body and eat. And gain all the weight back.
So, if you want to lose weight simply Eat + Drink ≈ Anything. You will will not put your body in panic mode. You will not teach your body that certain foods are bad, because there are no “Bad Foods”.
Below is a chart that shows some “Bad Foods” and the number of calories each one has. In addition, it also shows how many you would have to consume in one day to gain one pound.
Remember, each of us burns a set number of calories each day, so you will have to eat your daily meals and then consume all of the listed number of each “Bad Food” in order to gain 1 pound in one day.
Example: In order to gain 1 pound in one day, you will eat your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and then eat 23 Twinkies in order to gain 1 pound that day.
